Membership
Your Chamber membership gives you access to opportunities and support focused on credibility, connection, visibility, advocacy and cost savings. Benefits vary by membership level, so you can choose the level that best fits your business.
Membership is open to businesses, entrepreneurs, home-based businesses, large employers and non-profit organizations throughout Airdrie and the surrounding region. You do not need to be located in Airdrie to join.
Choose the membership level that best fits your business and complete our online application. Once your membership is active, our team will help you get started and make the most of your benefits.
Membership pricing varies by membership level, with different benefits and visibility opportunities included at each level varying from $205 up to $495 per year. Visit our Membership Types page to compare your options and current pricing.
Memberships renew annually based on your membership date. You’ll receive a renewal notice before your renewal date, and you can view your membership and invoice details anytime through Info Hub.
Log in to Info Hub to view and pay outstanding invoices online. If you need help with an invoice or payment, contact our Chamber team.

Info Hub
Info Hub is your online member centre where you can manage your membership, update your directory listing, register for events, view invoices and access member resources. You can also submit events, news, job postings and other information directly through your account.
Select Member Login on our website and sign in using the email address associated with your Chamber account. If you’re logging in for the first time, follow the prompts to create your account.
Select Forgot Password on the Info Hub login page and follow the instructions sent to your email. If you don’t receive the email or need help accessing your account, contact our team.
Log in to Info Hub and select My Directory Listing. Review your contact information, business description, categories, website and other details to make sure customers and members have accurate information about your business.
Your organization’s representatives can be managed through Info Hub. If you’re unable to make the change or aren’t sure who should be connected to your account, contact us and we’ll help.
Events
Many Chamber events are open to both members and non-members, while some opportunities are exclusive to members. Members also receive preferred pricing on events.
Visit our Events Calendar, select the event you’d like to attend and follow the registration instructions. Members can also view and manage their event registrations through Info Hub.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after your registration has been successfully completed. Members can also review upcoming registrations through Info Hub.
Registrations are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another representative.
Members can submit eligible business and community events through Info Hub. Once submitted, your event will be reviewed before being added to the Member Events Calendar.
We offer sponsorship opportunities throughout the year that help members increase their visibility and connect with our business community. Visit our Sponsorship Opportunities page or contact our Events team to find an opportunity that fits your goals.
We work with members on select hosting and partnership opportunities throughout the year. Contact our Events team with information about your space or idea and we’ll explore whether it fits an upcoming Chamber event.
Promoting Your Business
Log in to Info Hub and select My Directory Listing to update your business information. Keeping your listing complete and current helps people find you when searching our online Member Directory.
Members can submit company announcements, milestones and other business news through Info Hub. Submitted content is reviewed before being published or shared through Chamber channels. You can also tag us on social media @airdriechamber.
Members can submit employment opportunities through Info Hub for inclusion on our website. Log in to your account and follow the prompts to add a new job posting.
Keep us updated on what’s happening in your business. Share milestones, openings, expansions, awards and other news through Info Hub so our team can look for opportunities to celebrate and promote your business throughout the year. Members can also tag us on social media @airdriechamber.
Ribbon cuttings are available to eligible Chamber members celebrating milestones such as a grand opening, new location, expansion or significant anniversary. Contact our team to discuss your milestone and available options.
Chamber Perks App
Chamber Perks connects consumers with participating Chamber businesses and their offers while giving members another way to promote their business. Your Chamber membership includes a business profile in the app.
Log in to your Chamber Perks member dashboard to review and update your logo, description, products and services, business categories, website, social links and contact information. Keeping your profile complete makes it easier for users to find and learn about your business.
