• Export Document Certification

  • The Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce can certify these documents for Chamber members only:

    • Invoices
    • Certificate of Origin (the most common) indicates that goods exported by shipment to another have been manufactured or processed in Canada. This form may be requested by customs or other agencies before entry is allowed into another country

     

    On-site document certification (in person at Airdrie Chamber office)

    Open for Certification: Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm - closed between noon - 1pm (Please note: hours may change due to office events)

    To have a document certified by the Airdrie Chamber, please do the following:

    • Have a lawyer, or commissioner of oaths, sign the document certification form.
    • Bring a completed and signed document certification form to the Airdrie Chamber, along with an additional copy for our records.

     

    Costs for Airdrie Chamber Members

    • Connector Tier members receive 5 free sets/year
    • Influencer Tier members receive 10 free sets/year
    • All additional sets will be $28.50 + tax 

    (A set is based on one shipment)

    Airdrie Chamber staff will keep track of the number of sets we certify and invoices will be sent on a monthly basis.
