            • 2021 Business After Hours - Exhibitor Agreement

              Thank you for your interest in Business After Hours event, the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer this event to the business community.

              Please note:
              1. Businesses must be a member of the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce and in good standing to exhibit at
              this event.
              2. Exhibitor Booths are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

              Hosted by: Davis Chevrolet GMC Buick Ltd.
              Location: 149 East Lake Crescent NE Airdrie, Alberta
              Exhibitor Set Up - 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
              Event: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

              I understand exhibitor booths are sold on a first come, first serve basis. A representative from the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce will be in touch after receiving this form submission to inform you if your business has been selected. The completion of this form, does not guarantee an exhibitor booth. *
              If my business is selected, I agree to be invoiced and pay the $75 exhibitor fee before Tuesday, October 5th, 2021. *
              I understand that a draped table, custom name badges and a table tent card are included in my exhibitor fee and will bring any additional items I require to exhibit. *
              Power *
              As an exhibitor, I will provide a door prize. The Chamber will have a common draw box for all prizes and therefore, I will not have a draw box at my booth. I will display my prize at my table. I will be called to the main area at 7:45 pm to make my exhibitor door prize draw. *
