              IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OF THE AIRDRIE REGIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, PLEASE CONTACT events@airdriechamber.ab.ca FOR MORE INFORMATION.

              After this form is submitted, a representative from the Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce will contact you to let you know if you have been selected as an exhibitor at this event (as some restrictions apply).
              Exhibitor selection will be based on a first come, first serve basis (up to a maximum of 10 exhibitors).
              I am a current Member of the Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce. If you are not a current Member of the Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce, please stop the input of this form and contact events@airdriechamber.ab.ca for additional information.
              Which category do you best fit? *
              Exhibitor booth setup materials that are included in your exhibitor registration fee, are a table, table cloth, and name badge. *
              Power will not be provided for your exhibitor booth. *
              Are you preparing, serving and/or selling food at the event? *
              Alberta Health Services requires any exhibitor serving/selling food to complete the ''Special Event Food Vendor Notification'' form found on the event registration page. The deadline to submit this form is March 3, 2025. Submit the form to events@airdriechamber.ab.ca *
              Are you providing a Personal Service at the event? A personal service is defined as "touching the public." For example, tattooing, face paint, make up, hair, nails, henna, etc? *
              Alberta Health Services requires you to complete the "Personal Services Notification" form found on the event registration page if you are preforming a Personal Service at the event. The deadline to submit this form is March 3, 2025. Submit the form to events@airdriechamber.ab.ca. *
              Exhibitors are to provide a door prize for the event. Draws will be made towards the end of the evening/prgoram. *
