- Signs that your resilience is slipping and what to do.
- Share his own stories of Resilience and parallels between high performance sport and business.
- What he sees happening right now with the levels of focus and discipline across Alberta and Canada.
- Tell some great stories of getting re-focused and thriving under pressure.
Speaker Background:
Working with Quantum Learning Inc, Evan was a pioneer in Performance Management in Western Canada. He has over two decades’ experience authoring and delivering professional development programs for senior leaders, and middle managers. He has over 14,000 hours as a facilitator and counting. Through his consulting work Evan has worked inside a dozen different industries including Oil & Gas, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Public Service and others.
Side Notes: For six years Evan was a sponsored ultra-endurance athlete and has provided mental performance coaching to athletes across Canada. His media experiences include: Yoga Journal, LA Times, Men’s Journal, Outside Magazine, The Discovery Channel, National Geographic Adventurer, live interviews on NPR and CNN, and a TEDxTalk.
