What Is a Certificate of Origin?
A Certificate of Origin identifies the country where exported goods were manufactured or processed. It may be requested by customs authorities, importers or other organizations as part of the international shipping process.

Prepare Your Documents
Complete the document certification form and gather the documents you need certified.
Have the Form Signed
Have a lawyer or Commissioner for Oaths sign your document certification form.
Bring It to the Chamber
Bring your completed and signed form, the documents for certification and an additional copy for Chamber records to the Chamber office.

A set is based on one shipment and a maximum of 12 pages. Additional sets $28.50 +gst each. Airdrie Chamber staff will keep track of the number of sets we certify and invoices will be sent on a monthly basis.
